I have just finished reading this book by Pierre Pradervand I cannot recommend it more highly.
We can start today blessing everyone and everything including ourselves especially if it is in regard to a difficult situation as these silent blessings can transform the outcome for the better.
In fact he relates a story where a man and his family were about to be murdered in Rwanda but by relating to the godlike part of these people and sending silent blessings to them he was able to save himself a…

I like to think that people from all over the world break trough the barriers that hold us back. Joining forces with one another to cocreate a new world.
In the spirit of Obama let's unite,
In the spirit of Susan Boyle let's shine,
In the spirit of Nick Vujicic an american born without arms and leggswho overcome his handicap with an positive attitude that has touched many hearts.
Let us all reach inside and connect with our souls and eachother.
So we may overcome this current crisis.
Together we…

I read the blog gfrom Lynne mactaggart where they mentioned the Susan Boyle effect.
And i'd like to contemplate all the ordinary people like her doing extraordinary things.
May we all be the right person, at the right place in the right time.
Let us believe we have something to offer, and go for it!
That is what i'd like to focus on in this socalled crisis.
May we all rise to the occasion and overcome fear and doubt.

I would like to share the gfollowing poem for this months intention:
And the will of the heavens has spoken,
the fire of love is awoken.
In the heart of all she lives
waiting to be rekindled.
For the sake of the world
let her voice be heard.
A word of advice for the times to come:
See yourselves shine in the eyes of your love ones.
Dreamgreetings from Sint Nicolaasga

For all those left behind,
all the loners, drifters hookers, psychiatric patients, everyone that carries a stigma.
That the spirit may heal them and uplift them so they feel free to shed their burden
and participate in life sharing their gifts with everyone.
Thanksgreetings from Sneek

Dear people,
Lately i'm connected with people in Pakistan, India, Singapore and Indonesia on a poetry website. This way i relate to Muslims who in a very poetic way express themselves.
And sofar we enjoy doing this as friends. I notice that i actually realise this is also a way to start closing the gap. While i hear their calling for peace, justice and equality.
To be seen and heard like actual human beings. I feel close to them as brothers and sisters from all over the world. We certainly rela…

There are angels by our side,
whom stretch their wings far and wide.
Time and time again they inspire us,
will they get the better of us?
I pray their message of hope and brotherhood
will reach our heart and soul.
They bounds broken that hold us back,
so we join in on the heavenly choir.
For 2009 i pray that the star of hope
will guide many Home.
Let the darkness dissipate by the twinkling
of this star in our eyes.
And let us pray that mankind is here to stay,
to live in the golden age to come!…

I read to-day
When the banner of truth is raised, peace becomes the cause of the welfare and advancement of the human world. In all cycles and ages war has been a factor of derangement and discomfort, whereas peace and brotherhood have brought security and considerstion of human interests.

As a son of a mother who had cancer and a father who has prostatecancer, i often remember how i felt when my mother was sick. It overwhelmed me and i found it hard to support her i scary as i found it to be confronted with this disease. Fortunately my mother is one tough women and she still lives and breathes. So she is blessed.
But the lesson i rememberd was to overcome the fear and to actually support people, like tending to my father in this difficult of times.
And lateley ive heard of a frie…

Recently some of us attended a lecture by Joe Dispenza, (who was featured in the film What the Bleep Do We Know), it was fascinating. He has written a book called Evolve your Brain and I have just bought a copy.
One of his recommendations is that before you get up you spend some time visualising how you would like your day to unfold, or another way of putting it is to intend your day.
I have tried this for the past 2 days even down to the traffic being really light, getting my backlog of work…

Let us envoke the spirit of mutual cooperation to join us,
let us reach out to eachother and end the clash of civilizations
Let us be bold as the great peacemaker once did who worked
tirelesly to unite the five tribes. Like in the book the return of the
bird tribes from Ken Carey.
Let us set an example so others may follow.
Let good deeds, words and thoughts be aligned in such a way
that they are compelling even to the most warstriken amongst us.
Heavenly greetings from home

I read in the paper that complete beehives have vanished and that beekeepers are concerned for the wellbeing of the bees.
A medium explained that bees are overwhelmed by the radiation from celltowers, are weakened because of pesticides and the pressuere on their naturl territory.
We are warned that if their are no bees to take care of flowers and crops we would be at the brink of destruction within 3 years.
So let us meditate on the wellbeing of bees as the are vital to us and nature.
Heavenly…

I have always loved this Zen quotation as it reminds me that although I may have my mind and spirit looking at the heavens I must also be grounded and have my feet firmly rooted to the earth as well .
Unfortunately there are always the daily tasks like the washing and shopping to deal with.
What do others think?

This is a copy of the format from our actual group. We would ask if virtual members can join in with the meditating, envisioning, and healing.
The Format of the Hearts for Peace Circle
THE WELCOME
A facilitator reads :
Welcome to the Hearts for Peace Circle. Let us now take a few slow, deep breaths together.
We join here in sacred communion to create an atmosphere of love, trust and respect, where we listen to and wholeheartedly receive each other without judgement or criticism. Such deep re…

SOME USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT HEARTS FOR PEACE
We currently meet once a month.
The idea originates from a Group that was called the Global Renaissance Alliance, and in particular from a talk given by Marianne Williamson in October 2003.
Our purpose is to send out prayers and positive envisionings phrased in the present tense in order to create a better world for all.
We believe that a group is more powerful than the individuals added together. It has been said that the effectiveness is squar…
