Intending Your Day
Recently some of us attended a lecture by Joe Dispenza, (who was featured in the film What the Bleep Do We Know), it was fascinating. He has written a book called Evolve your Brain and I have just bought a copy.
One of his recommendations is that before you get up you spend some time visualising how you would like your day to unfold, or another way of putting it is to intend your day.

I have always loved this Zen quotation as it reminds me that although I may have my mind and spirit looking at the heavens I must also be grounded and have my feet firmly rooted to the earth as well .
Unfortunately there are always the daily tasks like the washing and shopping to deal with.

We currently meet once a month.
The idea originates from a Group that was called the Global Renaissance Alliance, and in particular from a talk given by Marianne Williamson in October 2003.
Our purpose is to send out prayers and positive envisionings phrased in the present tense in order to create a better world for all.

You know what it is like......... one gets so involved with schedules!!! I have been meaning to join for ages, and yesterday was the day to do just that!!
We are all fine here, spring is springing, but oh so dry, we had a little rainfall the other night, just enough to wet the grass (I do not water the grass in the winter) so can't wait for some proper rains. This is the first year that I am really battling with hayfever!!
I have all ready printed your format so will be joining you in cyberspace!!
