In honor of MLK

For years now i been celebrating holy month preceding 1 november (the day of the death) like the indians in mexico once did, i do this to honor those who have passed and live in the spirit realm. So i like to post this poem which i deducated to Martin Luther King:

Ter ere van de heilige maand die October begint een gedicht wat ik eens opdroeg aan Martin Luther King.


Reign of terror
These days the reign of terror,
seems to be all there is on peoples minds.
Is it nice to live in a world where we
turn eachother in to victims?
Is it nice to give in to acts of terror,
towards those you condemn utterly,
for doing just that?
Is that the world you want to live in,
or is there another world being
revealed in your heart?
A world of mercy where we
are equally human.
A world where we overcome
our differences, by listening to our heart.
A world dreamed of by the honorable
Martin Luther King.
Who was an example to many people,
of how we could live our lives as well
