Thought provoking books

I have recently read Why Kindness is Good For You by David Hamilton which is very readable and gives the science behind why this behaviour is very beneficial for us.The other is a new book out by Marci Shimoff called Love for No Reason. She also wrote Happy For No Reason. They are both very interesting , very educational , lots of points to ponder and take on board, with some very useful exercises ...a good subject for SMART. Love and BlessingsDawnSee More

Holy month 2010

For me this is the holy month preceding the first of november, a month to attend to the cemetary where i visit those i come to know after their passing aswell as those whom have passed that i´d knew before.

I bear i mind Tiana Conte from sierra leone who has passed away at age 25.

I somehow noticed her grave aswell as the tekst saying everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die.

A sudden insight

I was invited by a dear friend who greeted me and said you need to unload some of your burdens and we spent some time together until i went home where i called my mum. No you need to know we don't allways agree on things because we see things differently. But suddenly out of nowhere i said something which i put in a poem here cause i like to share this insight>

A glimpse of wholeness

A while ago i was sitting at the walkinnhouse where psychiatric patients come and a couple who lives nearby who are known in their neighbourhood as drunks and troublemakers passed us by greating us. So i did but the other people their did not great and said we don´t feel like greating those damn drunks for they only cause trouble to others. And i somehow felt uncomfortable with their judgement but did´nt know what to say.
